The Origin

Born from the "Experience Paradox"

It started at Raizer Agency in Damascus. We saw hundreds of brilliant university graduates who knew the theory of algorithms but couldn't write a client email or use Git.

Companies couldn't afford to train them. Students couldn't find mentors. We realized the bridge between "Education" and "Employment" had collapsed.

We built Shabkni not as a charity, but as an economic necessity. We are automating the mentorship process to scale talent production for the entire nation.
